This is the 25th day of my keto/incremental vinyasa flow.
(Funny that I remember I was on number 21 for my birthday on November 24...lol)
Vinyasa
I started doing vinyasa every day, and increasing every day. The goal is to get up to 108, and then perhaps walk down?
I originally planned modulo 4, so day 1 I did 4, day 2 I did 8, and then...I started getting a sore back.
Now I am at an increase of 1 per day, and this is the 25th day, so 25 vinyasas for the day, and they are done!
Keto
At the same time, I started doing keto, not knowing how but always feeling like my body has a history of reacting favorably to high-protein diets. I definitely felt the Tiger's Blood on Whole 30.
Yet! It's really high fat more than high protein...
How to Eat More FAT?!?!?
Unexpected Excitement
Though I haven't made the chocolate chips yet from the photo, the fudge was the bomb!
I have done two different types of keto bread, which were fantastic.
And I'm planning to try the pancakes soon!
Fat Fasting
Fat fasting involves significantly reducing calorie intake and eating a diet consisting almost entirely of fat for no more than 2 or 3 days.
Healthful Fats
- coconut oil
- olive oil

Rules
Diets
Standard ketogenic diet (SKD): 70% fat, 20% protein, 10% carbohydrates
Cyclical ketogenic diet (CKD): This diet involves periods of higher-carbohydrates in between the ketogenic diet cycles, for example, five ketogenic days followed by two high-carbohydrate days as a cycle.
Targeted ketogenic diet (TKD): This diet permits adding additional carbohydrates around the periods of the intensive physical workout.
High-protein ketogenic diet (HPKD): 60% fat, 35% protein, 5% carbohydrates
Prudent: 25-30% fat, 20-25% protein, 50% carbohydrate "For Indians, it appears that it would be most prudent to have a diet with about 50 per cent carbohydrate (using complex carbs and whole grains such as brown rice or whole wheat) about 20-25 per cent protein (preferably from vegetable proteins such as legumes and pulses) and the remaining 25-30 per cent from healthy fats like monounsaturated fats (e.g. groundnut oil or mustard oil and nuts and seeds) along with plenty of green leafy vegetables. Such a diet may not immediately give dramatic results as far as weight reduction is concerned. However, it will be sustainable in the long term and will be less risky and certainly more healthy and also help prevent non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and certain cancers."

Recipes
I have been using the air fryer for much of the keto cooking, including chicken tenders, which is: Carbs 30g protein 82g fat 132g
I have not paid for the keto custom plan, but I can see the advantage of their system. They even provide a shopping list which is pretty nifty.
